Here is a unique opportunity for you to enable disabled and deaf people to take their rightful place in the arts, not only in the audience but in the industry that should inspire, inform and represent us all.
Last year, our fast-growing Ticket Scheme, provided reduced-price tickets to plays, shows and concerts, with access escorts for disabled and deaf people who would otherwise be prevented access. But Shape also reaches out to those whose creativity needs nurturing, and to those whose artistic potential is being frustrated by negative discrimination.
Our priorities are to expand the Ticket Scheme and our community arts work with children, and to initiate more and more opportunities for disabled and deaf people to further their artistic skills and find work. But in order to develop all these vital projects we need donations from people out there in the community - people who care about the arts and about equal opportunities. People like you.
