Link Up Programme
Introduction
Welcome to Link Up, Shape’s career development programme for deaf and disabled people in London. Link Up is a flexible training programme which provides invaluable insights and practical information on finding employment and developing a career.
The programme has a particular focus on working in the arts through Shape’s expertise and experience in this area, but is open to all deaf and disabled people whatever their career choice and interests.

One day information and workshop events, with speakers drawn from a range of artforms including music, film, visual arts and dance.
Personalised individual advice and guidance sessions to expand your employment skills and / or develop your artistic practice.
Three day training programme from an experienced advisor on disability, to become a paid mentor or advice guide for the Link Up programme.
Specialised seminars presenting a wide range of practical business advice including project management and how to become self-employed.
Link Up trainers can come to you to deliver free bespoke training designed specifically for your group or colleagues.
Bringing employers from across the creative industries together to share best practice and find out about removing the barriers to employing deaf and disabled professionals.
