Three new positions at Shape
Programme Manager (two positions)
(£25,650, three-year contract, 35 hours, Kentish Town,)
Shape is looking for two project management professionals with experience of recruiting large numbers of participants and delivering outputs in accordance with specified targets.
Experience of working with learning disabled people and / or in the area of employment support for disabled people would also be beneficial. Each project manager will be responsible for a portfolio of project work that includes one of our newly funded three-year projects.
The ‘Articulate’ project will use forum theatre - a creative tool using participatory-based consultation - to enable learning disabled young people to articulate their career aspirations, leading to improved employment opportunities.
The ‘Next Step’ project will provide a comprehensive package of support for disabled people wanting to work within the creative industries, employers, training and employment-support providers.
Programme Officer
(£18,038, three-year contract, 35 hours, Kentish Town)
Shape is also looking for an enthusiastic and flexible Programme Officer to help deliver our diverse programme of activities for disabled audiences, participants, employees and artists and to assist in the delivery of the above projects.
