Shaken Not Stirred is a sculpture made out of 1760 charity collection cans, in the shape of a pyramid. It was recreated in 1992 as part of the Block Telethon campaign, where it was part of a performance piece: during the press conference, Heaton rushed into the room and hurled a prosthetic leg into the pyramid, symbolically demolishing the hierarchy of charities.
