Pauline Tambling awarded CBE Pauline Tambling, Shape's chair of trustees and joint chief executive of training body Creative and Cultural Skills, has been awarded a CBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours. Pauline has generously lent her support and guidance to Shape since 2007 and we are thrilled that her tireless investment in the arts and employment has been recognised. Tony Heaton OBE, chief executive of Shape, said: "Pauline was appointed as Chair of Shape's Board of Trustees in 2007 and is currently serving her third term in the role. Her leadership is held in such high regard at Shape, and her support to me as a mentor over the last six years has been an enormous help, setting us on course in fulfilling our mission to ensure that disabled people participate fully with the arts. Pauline's years of dedication and achievement in the cultural sector greatly merit recognition, and I'm delighted to hear of her CBE which is richly deserved."
