About Shape Arts Jobs & Volunteering Digital, Communications and PR Officer Recruitment Shape is currently recruiting a Digital, Communications and PR Officer to join the team. Shape is a disability-led arts organisation that works to improve access to culture for disabled people by providing opportunities for disabled artists, by training cultural institutions to be more open and inclusive, and through running participatory arts and development programmes. This is a contemporary digital marketing and PR role. We are seeking someone to lead on areas of digital innovation, marketing and PR to raise Shape’s public profile and to build engagement between the disabled artists, participants, employees and audiences we support and the wider cultural sector, in line with our mission and aims. The role requires an understanding of engagement trends and traits by contemporary audiences across social media and digital platforms, combined with an ability to contribute strategically to ensure Shape’s long term growth and sustainability. This is a permanent, full time contract (35 hours per week). Salary: £25,500 - £27,000 plus benefits, including flexible working environment and enhanced annual leave.
