Are you under 30, disabled and considering a career in the arts?   Starting out in the creative industries?  Out of work? Looking for creative opportunities?   Stuck and wanting to progress further?

Here's how we can help:

Shape's Inspiring Futures project is a Big Lottery funded initiative aimed at raising the aspirations of young people facing barriers to progression and employment, with a particular focus on progression routes into the arts and cultural sector. We work across London with educational, arts and youth-led organisations to make a positive impact on the lives of young disabled people.

Creative Chats & Workshops

We can deliver a one-off Creative Chat or a series of workshops to a group of young people with additional needs, in schools, colleges and youth settings across London.  The sessions are run by experienced and enthusiastic disabled facilitators, from a range of creative backgrounds who make inspiring role-models.  The sessions are designed to encourage and motivate young people to think more positively about future planning, to focus on ability and to think more broadly about journeys to success.
