We are looking for a Project Leader with a strong delivery track record, enthusiasm and initiative who will head up a new Big Lottery funded project, ‘Inspiring Futures’. Working across London the project will work with young disabled people who are currently, or are at risk of becoming, NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training).

The post holder will lead on youth employment and transitions work, with particular focus on developing career opportunities for relevant groups of disabled young people who are interested in working in the arts / cultural sector and creative industries, as well as providing platforms where the voice of this generation can influence policies and thinking around youth careers education and transitions. The post holder will also lead on planning workshops and other project events, liaising with schools, colleges and workshop facilitators.
