Southbank Centre are looking for engaging team members to give the warmest welcome to all visitors throughout their concerts and festivals. You’ll be providing exceptional customer service to visitors at concerts and events, checking tickets and maximising sales by promoting services, events and products of Southbank Centre.

Calm under pressure, you will have the confidence to direct the public to make sure health & safety procedures are followed. You’ll also have a smile for everyone, and love working with people of all ages. Hosts are crucial to making an amazing first impression at the Southbank Centre, creating lasting memories and an experience that goes beyond just “service.”

OPEN DAY INTERVIEWS - Wednesday 23rd March 2016 (by appointment only)
The open day interview will give you the opportunity to meet some of the team and enable you to find out more about the role and Southbank Centre. Additionally there will be a chance for you to talk to us about your experience.

Contract Information: All vacancies are 12 hours per week. You must provide full availability to work across standard business operating hours (9am-11pm) Saturday and Sunday, on three out of four weekends every month of the contract. Additional shifts can also be worked at other times during the week dependant on your availability, and are mainly in the evening starting at 6pm. Your roster will not exceed 40 hours per week.

● Candidates must be aged 18 years or over.
Second interviews will be held on Friday 1st April 2016. Successful applicants must be available to attend all training sessions at specified times on: Thursday 7th April, Friday 8th April, Monday 11th April and Tuesday 12th April 2016.
