As of June 2017 I am the Project Manager for the National Disability Arts Collection and Archive (NDACA), a project Shape leads on. For over 20 years I have worked on many projects to do with disability arts development, heritage, museums, access, inclusion, and am also an artist myself.

It's an honour and a privilege to hold the role of Project Manager for NDACA, one of the most important projects concerning the Disability Arts Movement; an evolving process of capturing those untold and hidden histories in imaginative and inclusive ways.

Previously with Shape I have acted as an access consultant and disability equality trainer for the arts, architectural, heritage and cultural sector, supporting national and international developments. I was also lead artist and consultant for Shape's 2017 Tate Exchange programme, "Ways of Seeing Art".
