Jeff Rowlings

Head of Programme

Expand

I have worked across a range of arts disciplines for over twenty years, including five years running a music & performance venue and gallery, and over ten years at Shape. I oversee our NPO programme as a whole, ensuring we are delivering across artistic, learning and development areas, so that disabled and marginalised creatives are fully supported, and that disabled people can enjoy, take part, and lead in the arts and cultural spaces. Outside of work I have a practice as a writer.

We are always seeking to improve our ways of working, and looking for innovative partnerships that work towards greater inclusion - to get in touch with me to discuss ideas or proposals, or to find out more about what we do, please contact [email protected].

Alex Cowan

Head of Archives and Collection

Expand

I’ve worked as an archive researcher / producer since the early 1990s, working in TV, films and the museums and archives sectors. This included the BBC historical documentary series, “Disabled Century.” In 2014 I became project archivist on NDACA. Now I’m working in a similar role for the NDMAC project, locating potential depositors and developing the NDMAC offer. I enjoy helping to uncover histories and stories and making them accessible to wider audiences.
