Audience Surveys

If you've attended a Shape event since 1 April 2022, we need you!

Please take a few minutes to fill one in. Check out our recent events, including partnership events, if you'd like to remind yourself what you might have attended.

Take the survey

All of the answers are confidential and we won’t know who they've been filled out by. Completed surveys (including your FULL postcode) are like gold dust to us; each one makes a difference so we are very thankful to everyone who fills them in. Please note - when you have completed the survey, it will take you back to the first page again. This means your response has been saved.

It's vitally important to us as an organisation that we get as many of our short surveys filled out by our audiences as possible - it helps us to get funding, and to keep improving.

If you have any questions or queries about the survey, or would like some assistance, please email [email protected] or call 020 7424 7342.
